L' Arnot blanc, delicious soft and creamy dry white wine from Spain. Wine from Grenache blanc or Garnatxa blanca from DO Terra Alta near Barcelona. Terra Alta is the birthplace of Grenache and Vins la Botera makes this downright delicious wine from it. Round, velvety, ripe pear, hint of mango, rich full flavour. Favourite at Perswijn.

Terra Alta, high earth

This dry white wine from Spain is made from Grenache blanc or Garnacha blanca by winery Vins la Botera. This delicious creamy wine comes from the DO Terra Alta south of Barcelona in Spain. Terra Alta literally means high earth and is therefore quite high. The wine region is close to Priorat and is known as the birthplace of the Grenache wine grape. This beautiful white wine is round, velvety, with ripe pear, also some mango, rich and full flavor. A lot of wine for your money!

Remarkably velvety and soft. Creamy with ripe pear, some mango, mild freshness and long finish. Serve: 11 °C. Drink: now until 2020.

Terra Alta is said to be the birthplace of Grenache or in Catalan Garnatxa. Grenache blanc is a spontaneous mutation. You also see Grenache blanc in the Languedoc e.o.
