Wow, this is delicious! Nice dry red vegan wine. Spanish wine from Catalunya, DO Pla de Bages to be precise. Wine from Cabernet, Merlot and local heroes Mandó and Sumoll . Spontaneously fermented, French and American oak matured red wine. With delicious notes of vanilla, next to ripe black fruit such as cherries and blackberries. A favorite in the wine bars of Barcelona. Més Que Paraules means: more than words in Catalan. And signor Hamersma gives this Més Que Paraules Negre an 8.5. Also try the white Més Que Paraules Blanc !

Special grapes: Mandó and Sumoll
Everyone knows Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. But you probably don't know Mandó and Sumoll. They are local grape varieties. Mandó is very rare and the Celler Més Que Paraules winery has done its utmost to save it from extinction. Sumoll is more widely planted and can withstand drought well.
