White wine, sparkling wine from Riesling

Wilhelmshof is known for their beautiful Sekt. In 2018 awarded as the best Sekt maker of Germany! Not surprising because the winemakers learned winemaking in Champagne, among other places. And you can taste that in this sparkling wine from Riesling: elegance and finesse, fine mousse, refined flavors of white fruit. Bone dry but not too. In other words: delicious. In 2019 awarded with 90 Points at the Falstaff Sekt Trophy.

More information about this delicious juice

Taste
Nice aroma of apples, fine mousse and flavors of apple, pear, passion fruit and also some herbs. Mild stimulating acids, tension, dry but not super tight. Reverberates for a long time.

Delicious with
Oysters, scallops, charcuterie, party.

Interesting
Winemakers Barbara Roth and Thorsten Ochocki learned to make wine all over the world. And in Champagne. For their Sekt they work as the Champenois do. Furthermore, the soil is volcanic which gives the wine extra depth.
