Sauvignon blanc Kapfenstein, Winkler-Hermaden . Dry white wine from Austria. To be precise from the wine region Vulkanland-Steiermark . That is known for very nice Sauvignon Blanc wines. This one from Winkler-Hermaden has a beautiful full and pure style , rich, fruity and at the same time soft and fresh.
This is an organic white wine with a fine structure, typical Sauvignon aromas of boxwood, grass, green apples. Also deliciously spicy and salty. So completely different from e.g. from New Zealand. Enjoy!

Winkler-Hermaden, Vulkanland-Styria

Not so well known but Vulkanland-Steiermark is a top wine region for beautiful Sauvignon Blanc. And Winkler-Hermaden is considered one of the best wineries. It is located on top of an old volcano with beautiful views all around. The volcanic soil contains many minerals and the Sauvignon thrives there. The 4th generation is now at the helm, three brothers work closely together. Organic wine.

For years , Steiermark has been a guarantee for crystal-clear, rich and at the same time super pure Sauvignon Blanc for wine lovers worldwide , which cannot be found anywhere else . Ideal as a refreshing meal accompaniment, but also as an aperitif.
