Nice dry (brut) Winzersekt. Aromas of apple and pear, a bit of toast, brioche. Fine taste of white fruit, fresh, soft mousse. Serve around 10 °C. Drink: now until 2026.

Interesting
Crossing of Herr Scheu, from Riesling x Silvaner. Ripens late, so only the best Lagen (vineyards) with enough sun are good enough. Winzersekt means that the wine gets a second fermentation in the bottle, just like champagne.
