Lekker Sapje primarily supplies wine to people with a sense of humor. There are plenty of people who like to be elitist about wine. In the industry, we call them "label drinkers." They brag about expensive, well-known wines. But ultimately, you just want to enjoy it, right? You'll definitely succeed with my wines!
At Lekker Sapje, you'll find adventurous, unique, beautiful, and above all, delicious wines, straight from the (organic or biodynamic) winemaker. These are both delicious wines for every day or night, and gems to savor with care. I work exclusively with passionate and skilled winemakers with a sustainable vision, without the fuss.
 Why the name Lekker Sapje?
During the vinology program, you taste with fellow students weekly in a local tasting group. While we were sniffing, swirling, and tasting, we'd exclaim, whenever we saw something beautiful in our glasses, "Wow, this is a delicious juice!" I thought, if everyone in the wine world is using fancy names, I'm not going to do it. It's in line with an old advertising adage: "If everybody zigs, zags," or: if everyone swims to the left, swim to the right. That way, you'll be noticed more easily.
What do I have to offer you with Lekker Sapje?
 I offer wines from:
- Germany, Austria, Portugal and Spain.

But I also have wines from:
- France, Italy, Slovenia and Switzerland.

I'm always looking for "tasty juices" from renowned and emerging wineries with a good price and corresponding quality. All wines are sustainable, organic, or biodynamic, and our winemakers are friendly and welcoming. I also look for good wines with a manageable alcohol content, preferably no higher than 14%, with a few exceptions.
 All wines are vegan.
This means that the wines are fined without the use of egg whites (in the past, even with blood). Nowadays, winemakers use bentonite for fining, a fluffy material made from clay. As it sinks to the bottom, it carries with it all the suspended particles in the must. French winemakers call this débourbage. What remains is clear juice.
