Lekker Sapje - Wine for people with a sense of humor, hereinafter referred to as LS, is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Leiden under number 28040046.

General Terms and Conditions Declaration of Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers from, orders placed with, and agreements with LS. These terms and conditions are drafted in accordance with the latest known laws and regulations of the EU and the Netherlands. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all these terms and conditions, including the privacy and cookie policy . Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
LS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
The Terms and Conditions are publicly available and can be found on the LS website. A copy will be emailed to you upon request.
General Terms and Conditions Prices and conditions
All prices are in Euros and include VAT, excluding shipping costs.
All wines from LekkerSapje.nl are covered by our 100% Tasty Guarantee (see Customer Service - 100% Tasty Guarantee). Here you will also find information about canceling an order (right of withdrawal).
The following applies regarding refunds :
LS will refund all your payments, including any delivery costs charged by LS for the returned wine(s), without undue delay and within 14 days of the day on which you notify LS of your withdrawal. Unless LS offers to collect the product itself, LS may withhold reimbursement until LS has received the wine(s) back in good condition or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the wine(s). LS will use the same payment method you used for the reimbursement, unless you agree to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for you.
Unless otherwise stated, the content of wine bottles is 0.75 litres.
LS does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years of age. Therefore, you must be 18 years of age or older to order. You must be able to prove this upon request upon delivery.
The delivery person may ask you to prove you are 18 years or older. You can prove this with a passport, driver's license, or ID card.
You can choose your payment method when ordering. You can pay securely via iDEAL, bank transfer, or various other payment methods, such as credit card. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped.
Delivery
If your order is placed before 4:00 PM, it will normally be delivered to the specified address or nearest collection point within 2-5 business days. LS is not liable for any damages resulting from late delivery.
If you order for more than €99 including VAT, delivery in the Netherlands is free . For orders under €99, the shipping fee is €8.75. For Belgium, the shipping fee is always €12.95, for Germany it's €17.95, and for Denmark it's €27.75.

All LS offers are non-binding. If a wine is unexpectedly or unexpectedly no longer available, we will contact you. We will then offer you an alternative or refund your payment within 21 days.
The images of bottles or labels and the vintages visible on them on the website may differ from those on the delivered bottles. The wine description indicates the currently available vintage. LS reserves the right to supply wine from a subsequent vintage if the desired vintage is no longer available. You will, of course, be notified of this.
To land
Delivery to European countries other than the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Germany is possible upon request. Shipping costs are naturally higher, and the delivery time is longer. Please inquire about the options by email.
Transport
The risk during transport of the goods (wines) you order lies with LS. At the time of delivery, or the time that can reasonably be considered delivery, the risk of the product (wine) passes to you (the purchaser), except for any liabilities that cannot legally be excluded by LS.
If a bottle is broken or missing, please note the number of broken and/or missing bottles on the shipping documents or with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible at lekker [at] lekkersapje [dot] nl, stating your order number.
Force majeur
LS is not obligated to fulfill any obligation if it is prevented from doing so due to a circumstance beyond its control, nor for which it is accountable under law, legal act, or prevailing public opinion. These circumstances include weather alerts, business interruptions, internet connection failures, transport delays, strikes, and failure or late delivery by suppliers to LS.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, you can report it via lekker [at] lekkersapje [dot] nl. LS will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and will notify you immediately. You will receive a response within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee within one year of submitting your complaint to LS.
Protection of personal data
The personal data entered during an order is stored in a database. This information is used to process the order and to contact the customer.
The information provided to LS for receiving mailings, etc., will never be sold or rented by LS to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our email list, you can send an email to mailingbestand [at] lekkersapje [dot] nl, after which your address will be removed from our list. You will also receive a confirmation. If you would like to know what information LS holds about you, you can request and have it updated by email.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the GDPR. See also Privacy & Cookies for more information.
By placing an order, you (the customer) expressly agree to these general terms and conditions and to the privacy and cookie policy.
Website
This website has been compiled with the utmost care; however, inaccuracies may occasionally occur, for example, due to typographical errors. LS accepts no liability for any consequences of unforeseen inaccuracies on this website. LS also accepts no liability for malfunctions, interruptions, or other causes that lead to delays in the provision of information and/or delivery times.
LS reserves the right to change the rules and conditions regarding access to and use of the website without prior notice. LS also reserves the right to restrict the website or parts thereof.
Access to private or restricted sections of the website depends on the visitor providing information. This visitor expressly agrees that this information becomes the property of LS and that LS is given express permission to use this information in accordance with LS's privacy policy.
Access to closed or private areas of the website through usernames and passwords may be changed or refused by LS at any time without giving rise to any right to compensation.
Reviews
We collect reviews about our services through the customer reviews platform (Kiyoh). All reviews are verified for authenticity, in accordance with EU law. This way, you can be sure the reviews you read here are from real customers. After purchase, we invite all our customers to leave a review.
If it's uncertain whether a review originates from a customer who has purchased something, we ask for proof of purchase. This prevents fake reviews. If a review was posted after products or services were provided free of charge or after a paid partnership, this is clearly stated. Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights and all copyrights of the LS website, including the website design, all texts, logos, photos, and images, belong exclusively to LS. Reproduction or processing of this material, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from LS is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of the aforementioned rights.
General Terms and Conditions Applicable law
All offers and agreements from LS are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague/Leiden.
