Below you'll find all the necessary information about customer service and shipping costs. We deliver wine to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark.

Order wine: from 1 bottle

    • You can order wine starting from just one bottle. But we'd much rather you enjoy a whole box.
    • All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.
    • Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. We'll also keep you updated on your shipment.
    • You can only order wine if you are 18 years or older. You must be able to prove this upon delivery if requested.

    Secure payment. Various options such as iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, bank transfer, and Apple Pay.

    • Lekker Sapje ​​works with secure online payment systems like iDeal and Bancontact. You can also choose to transfer money yourself or use various other payment methods, such as credit cards (also available for Belgian, German, and Danish customers).
    • Furthermore, the website connection always runs via https:// and is therefore also secured.

    Fast delivery. Free shipping on orders over €99. 

    • If nothing unusual happens, you'll receive your wine order within 2 to 5 business days at your specified delivery address or nearest collection point. Shipping to Belgium and Denmark may take longer.
    • Shipping is free for orders over €99, including VAT. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are €8.75.
    • Shipping costs for Belgium are always €12.95. For Denmark, it's €27.75. For Germany, it's €17.95.

    • Please return the unopened bottle(s) in good condition and properly packaged to Herengracht 11, 2312 LA Leiden, Netherlands within 14 days of delivery or discovery of the defect.
    • The value of the returned bottle(s) of wine will be refunded to your bank account known to us within 14 days of receipt undamaged.
    • Any shipping costs are your own responsibility. It's best to use the sturdy box you received the wines in. See also the Terms and Conditions on this website.

    Refund including shipping costs

    Regarding refunds, the following legally applies to our customer service:

    Lekker Sapje ​​(LS) will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery or shipping costs charged by LS for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies LS of the cancellation.


    Repayment term


    Unless LS offers to collect the product itself, LS may withhold reimbursement until LS has received the product in good condition or until the consumer provides proof of having returned the product, whichever is earlier. LS will use the same payment method the consumer used for the reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. Refunds are free of charge for the consumer.
