    • You can order wine starting from 1 bottle. But of course we would prefer you to enjoy a whole box.
    • All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
    • If you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Of course, we will also keep you informed about the shipment.
    • You can only order wine if you are 18 years or older. Upon delivery you must be able to prove this if requested.

    • Lekker Sapje ​​works with the secured online payment system of iDeal and Bancontact. You can also choose to transfer money yourself and for various other payment methods such as credit card (also for Belgian customers).

    • Shipping is free if you order for more than €95. That is incl. VAT. For a lower order value, shipping costs are €8.50.
    • For Belgium the shipping costs are always € 12.95.

    • Not satisfied with a wine you ordered? Please send an email to lekker [at] lekkersapje [dot] nl.
    • Please return the unopened bottle(s) in good condition and properly packaged to Herengracht 11, 2312 LA Leiden within 14 days of delivery or discovery of the defect.
    • The value of the returned bottle(s) of wine will be refunded to your bank account known to us within 14 days of receipt undamaged.
    • Any shipping costs are at your expense. Preferably use the box in which you received the wines, which is sturdy. See also the ' General conditions ' on this site.

    Customer Service: Refund incl. shipping costs

    The following legally applies regarding reimbursement:

    Lekker Sapje ​​(LS) will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by LS for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless LS offers to collect the product itself, LS may wait with reimbursement until LS has received the product in good order or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. LS will use the same payment method for reimbursement that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
