DR Tinto Reserva, rich dry red wine from the port region of Douro in northeastern Portugal. Full-bodied red wine with wood aging. Wine from the grapes Touriga nacional and Touriga franca. Floral aromas, complex with red fruits. Rich and full-bodied wine, supple with soft tannins, freshness, balance, red and black fruit, chocolate, floral notes of violets, wood. Elegant, complex red wine with a long finish. Reserva, so from the best grapes and ripened longer. Despite the heat in the Douro only 13.5%.

More and more dry wines are being made in the port wine region of Douro. This red wine from Touriga nacional and Touriga franca is a good example. A beautiful Reserva with wood aging. Rich and full-bodied wine, supple with soft tannins, freshness, balance, red and black fruits, chocolate, violets, wood.

Within the Douro wine region, there are 3 sub-areas. Seen from Porto upstream along the Douro River, these are Baixa Douro (low Douro), Cima Corgo (the best wine region) and Douro Superior (high Douro, close to Spain).
