DR Tinto Reserva , a rich, dry red wine from the Douro Port region in northeastern Portugal. A full-bodied red wine aged in oak. Made from Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grapes. Floral aromas, complex with red fruit. Rich and full-bodied, smooth with soft tannins, freshness, balance, red and black fruit, chocolate, floral notes of violets, and oak.
Elegant, complex red wine with a lingering finish. Reserva, meaning it's made from the finest grapes and aged longer. Despite the Douro's heat, it's only 13.5% .

The Douro port region is increasingly producing dry wines. This red wine, made from Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca, is a prime example. A beautiful Reserva aged in oak. Rich and full-bodied, smooth with soft tannins, freshness, balance, red and black fruit, chocolate, violets, and oak.
Within the Douro wine region, there are three sub-regions. From Porto, upstream along the Douro River, these are Baixa Douro (low Douro), Cima Corgo (the best wine region), and Douro Superior (high Douro, bordering Spain).
