Demuerte De Luxe, Yecla is a unique Spanish wine! Full-bodied dry red Spanish wine from Monastrell, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Wine from the Spanish winery Winery On from the DO Yecla, known for the Monastrell grape (Mourèdre). This full and rich red wine tastes like berries, cherries, herbs and is also beautifully fresh. The Petit Verdot provides minerality and fine elegance. Civilized wood aging gives extra finesse.

Monastrell is the grape for red wine in the Yecla wine region. It is hot here - continental climate - with fortunately cooling down at night. That keeps freshness in the wine. Monastrell feels perfectly at home in Yecla and gives full-bodied, sturdy wines. The grape is also known as Mourvèdre in Languedoc and Provence. For example, the famous Bandol wine (red and rosé) is made from it.

Syrah (or Shiraz) is a well-known Rhône grape. You can recognize it by white pepper, cherries and blackberries. Syrah also produces strong wines with a lot of power. And Syrah can also withstand the heat well.
