Fendant, Gutedel or Chasselas

This Swiss wine is a real surprise! A beautiful dry white wine from Fendant, also known as Gutedel, or Chasselas. A true Alpine mountain wine from vineyards at an altitude of approximately 900 meters. Accessible only by cable car or a small, steep path. Hence: "Vignes dans le ciel ," vineyards in the sky. Very labor-intensive, and worth every penny.
