Fresh soft dry white wine, nice tension by bitters and some tannins. You also taste some red berries.

Delicious with
Carpaccio, dried sausage, Serrano ham, salads, tuna, swordfish.

Interesting
Blanc de noir is a white wine made from blue grapes. How do you keep the juice white? It is already clear/white, the color comes from the skins. If you press very gently, you prevent that.
