Taste
Nice balance between sweetness and freshness. Very rich and complex flavor, lots of things happening in your mouth. Fresh date and fig, prune, currants, vanilla, walnut, hints of tea and leather. Really good. Serve: 16 °C. Drink: now until Saint Juttemis.

Delicious with
Hard cheeses, preferably old. Not only cow's milk, also goat's and sheep's. Also delicious with good Roquefort and ripe Stilton.

Interesting
In a Tawny 10 Years, the youngest wine in the blend matures in barrels for at least 10 years; the other wines are therefore even older. The colour then becomes more amber.
