A&M Tissot, Arbois, Jura, France

Jura: the most idiosyncratic wine region in France
A&M Tissot is one of the largest and most influential producers in the Jura, the small but unique wine region in Eastern France between Burgundy and Switzerland. The estate was built by André and Mireille Tissot and is now continued by their children Stéphane and Bénédicte Tissot, who have elevated the domaine to an international top level.
Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, and Trousseau
A&M Tissot works with the typical Jura grape varieties: Savagnin (also known as Traminer, for the characteristic nutty, oxidative style), Chardonnay (both ouillé and sous voile), and the red varieties Trousseau and Poulsard. The wines are benchmarks for the Jura—both in the classic oxidative style and in modern, fresher interpretations.

Biodynamic and ambitious
Stéphane and Bénédicte Tissot work biodynamically and belong to the absolute elite of the Jura. A discovery for anyone who wants to explore the frontiers of the French wine world.
