Provence: rosé at its very best

Clos Cibonne is one of the most exceptional and historic producers in Provence, the sunny wine region in the south of France along the Mediterranean coast. While Provence is known worldwide for its pale rosé wines, Clos Cibonne goes a step further with a distinctiveness that is virtually unmatched.

Tibouren: the rare variety of Clos Cibonne

Clos Cibonne is one of the few producers in the world to work with Tibouren, an almost extinct indigenous variety of Provence. Tibouren produces rosé wines of great complexity: spicy, floral, and mineral, with a depth and aging potential that most Provence rosés lack. The wines are aged in casks under a veil of yeast — a unique technique reminiscent of the Jura.
