Joan Segura Pujadas is located in Penedès, the DO in Catalonia that is home to Cava — the Spanish sparkling wine made according to the traditional method. The estate produces exclusively Brut Nature Cava: no dosage, no added sugars, just the pure expression of the grape and the second fermentation in the bottle.

Organic and artisanal

Joan Segura Pujadas works organically with the classic Cava varieties Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. The grapes are harvested by hand and the Cava matures on its own lees — which provides the typical brioche, nut, and citrus aromas that characterize high-quality Cava.

Reserva and Gran Reserva
