Xangall, Rías Baixas, Spain

Rías Baixas: Atlantic freshness from Galicia
Xangall is located in Rías Baixas, the most famous wine region in Galicia, in the green, rain-drenched northwest of Spain. The region owes its name to the deep sea inlets (rías) that carve through the coastal landscape, creating a unique maritime microclimate: plenty of moisture, cool temperatures, and a constant salty sea breeze.
Albariño: the white gold of Galicia
Xangall specializes in Albariño, the famous white grape variety of Rías Baixas — aromatic and fresh with ripe citrus fruit, white flowers, minerality, and lively acidity. In the better versions, Albariño also possesses a full, creamy texture that gives the wines extra depth.
Biodynamic and terroir-driven
Xangall works biodynamically on a small scale, with granite soils and maritime influences as the foundation for expressive Albariño.
