Taste
Full dry red wine from Nielluciu. Similar to Sangiovese but spicier and lots of ripe forest fruit. Fine acids and soft tannins, making it very accessible and a real food wine. Serve around 15 °C. Drink: now until 2025.

Pasta or risotto with mushrooms, lighter game such as deer and pheasant, pate, chicken and turkey, cumin, falafel, frittata, tabouleh, tajine.

Interesting
Nielluciu is related to the Sangiovese grape from Italy. In sunny Corsica it produces wines with more herbs and a fleshy, full structure. Terra Nostra is a wine from the quality cooperative from Borgo in the northeast of Corsica.
