This is due to the unique terroir of the Ile de Beauté Corsica . And to the original blend of Vermentinu (aka Vermentino/Rolle) and local favorite Bianco Gentile . Lively, lively, and smooth. Luxury restaurants rediscovered Corsica a while ago. And even longer ago, it was more "explored," as sommeliers say. Fortunately, for the past five or six years, Corsican wines have been making a comeback on wine lists. And rightly so!
The Vermentinu - Bianco Gentile comes from the Umanu line of the Vignerons Corsicans cooperative (UVAL) from the north-east of Corsica (Borgo).

An original blend of Vermentino and Bianco Gentile, or locally known as Biancu Gentile. A delicious party and aperitif wine. Smooth yet refreshing with delicious flavors of apple, pear, and apricot. Simply a well-made white wine that offers a lot of drinking pleasure!
