Espumante Bruto, Caves São João. Delicious sparkling wine - Espumante Bruto - made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Bical, Maria Gomes and Arinto. Sparkling fresh, lightly fruity and complex at the same time. A nice blend of both tropical and citrus fruits, plus a creamy mouthfeel. Like Champagne, this wine is made using the 'méthode traditionelle', meaning a second fermentation in the bottle.
The base wines for this sparkling wine come from multiple years. This is therefore a so-called NV, Non-Vintage wine without a vintage year.
