Espumante Bruto, Caves São João . Delicious sparkling wine - Espumante Bruto - from the wine varieties Chardonnay, Bical, Maria Gomes and Arinto . Sparkling fresh, slightly fruity and at the same time complex. Beautiful mix of both tropical fruit and citrus fruit plus a creamy mouthfeel. Just like Champagne, this wine is made with the 'méthode traditionelle', so second fermentation in the bottle.

Bairrada, the Espumante area of Portugal
The Bairrada wine region is located north of Lisbon. Bairrada has been known for decades for its sparkling wine (Espumante in Portuguese).
