Red Loire wine from France. Elegant and full-bodied red wine made from Cabernet Franc. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and then aged for another 12 months. Cabernet Franc from 35-year-old vines. A generous, juicy dry red wine from Chinon in the Loire Valley. The winemaker is François-Xavier Barc , who learned the art of winemaking from the renowned Charles Joguet , one of Chinon's finest winemakers in his day.
