A unique and rare organic rosé wine from Spain, made from Tempranillo in the lesser-known DO Salamanca. Hand-picked and spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and unfined, so it may have a hint of citrus. This exceptional rosé is fresh, with soft red fruit, a touch of tannin, and minerality.

The grapes come from 2 organic vineyards: Villanueva del Conde (900m) and Mirande del Castañar (700m), both with granite soils.

The 2016 vintage was very dry and hot in the summer. However, thanks to ample rain in the spring, the soil contained sufficient moisture. The yield was low, but of very high quality. This exceptional rosé wine is fresh, with soft red fruit, a touch of tannin, and minerality.
