Unique and rare organic rosé wine from Spain from Tempranillo from the unknown DO Salamanca. Handpicked and spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and unclarified so there may be a hint. This special rosé wine is fresh, with soft red fruit, a bit of tannin and mineral.

The grapes come from 2 organic vineyards: Villanueva del Conde (900m) and Mirande del Castañar (700m), both with granite soils.

The year 2016 was very dry and hot in the summer. But thanks to enough rain in the spring, the soil contained enough water. The yield was low but of very high quality. This special rosé wine is fresh, with soft red fruit, a bit of tannin and mineral.
