La Germana, Pascona, Montsant . Biodynamic wine. Dry white wine from Spain. Wine from Montsant near Barcelona, Spain. From old vines (45 years old) Grenache blanc, Macabeu, and a touch of Muscat , hand-picked. Aromas of flowers, peach, melon, apple, and pear, with hints of wax and honey. A full-bodied, rich, and smooth white wine. Delicious!

 A very cheeky grape, Muscat. Always the frontrunner. This is no exception. In the company of Macabeu and Garnacha Blanca, with all their ripe fruit and full flavors, Muscat still manages to shine. They've told it to behave. So it's allowed to show its Muscat character, bringing a hint of honey, but the other grapes also get their due, and the wine, despite that hint of honey, is beautifully dry.
La Germana, Pascona, Montsant
 This dry white wine is a biodynamic blend of Grenache Blanc, Macabeu, and some Muscat. It's a vegan wine . This Spanish wine is made from old vines (45 years old) and hand-picked in small crates. It macerated for three days with the skins and stems, followed by 15-20 days of cool fermentation in stainless steel. Spontaneous malo and unfiltered. The wine was then aged for another three months in barrels on the fine lees (decomposed yeast cells).
 Aromas of white flowers, peach, melon, apple, and pear, along with notes of wax and honey. Fresh and full, rounded flavors with a long finish.
