La Germana, Pascona, Montsant
This dry white wine is a biodynamic wine from Macabeu and Muscat. Vegan wine. Spanish wine from old vines (45 years) and hand-picked in small boxes. Three days maceration with the skins and stems, then fermented cool for 15-20 days on stainless steel. Spontaneous malo and unfiltered. The wine then matured for another 3 months in barrels on the fine lees (depleted yeast cells). Aromas of white flowers, peach, melon, apple and pear, also wax and honey. Fresh and full round flavors with a long aftertaste.
