Bacchus lives up to his name
Bacchus is often seen as the German version of Sauvignon Blanc. But this wine is much fruitier and, above all, rounder. Bacchus is a cross of Silvaner x Riesling, which in turn x Müller-Thurgau . Fresh, super fruity with grapefruit, passion fruit, lychee, pineapple, and peach. Semi-dry, yet not overly sweet . A delicious, juicy wine!
Cabinet or 'Kabi'
A delicious semi-dry white wine from the central German wine region, east of Frankfurt. This is a Kabinett QmP , Qualitätswein mit Prädikat (Quality Wine with Preservatives). This means the wine isn't completely dry. The "Kabi," as it's affectionately known, is back in style!
