Taste
Surprisingly beautiful wine with a lot of style from the unique Bianco Gentile grape. Deep and full, rich with tropical fruit, fine acids and a bitterness. Very pure all and tasty when young but can mature well. Serve 11-13 °C (not too cold). Drink: now until 2030.

Delicious with
This calls for a top fish dish; turbot, sea bass, halibut, lobster is also possible. Lightly spiced and keep it pure, with a fine hollandaise or beurre blanc.

Interesting
Arena works biodynamically. The wines mature in cement and stainless steel tanks. White wines get a long fermentation and malo. The wines mature for 6-8 months (partly sur lie), usually unfiltered in the bottle. Bianco Gentile is not officially recognized as Vin de France.
