This dry white wine comes from the famous wine village of Meursault , from the Sous la Velle vineyard. A classic Burgundy style, a white wine with elegant oak and a delicate freshness. Melon, pear, apple, soft freshness, just the right amount of oak—pure pleasure.

Domaine Gauffroy, fast-rising talent
All wines from Domaine Gauffroy are "handcrafted." The wines receive no additional treatments. Fermentation is spontaneous, and no enzymes are added. New oak is used sparingly, alongside older barrels. The wine is given ample time to develop beautifully.
Their aim is to make terroir-typical wine in the Burgundian tradition.
Nicolas Gauffroy is now the third generation of chefs, working with his mother and close friends. His white wines are classically fresh yet rich, with excellent aging potential .
