Cava Excelsior Brut Nature Gran Reserva. Sparkling wine. Fabulous dry Cava Gran Reserva from Joan Segura Pujadas from the Penedes in Spain. Cava Brut Nature and Gran Reserva, so both dry and very rich in taste. Very elegant due to freshness and depth in fruit and yeast notes. In addition to the traditional wine grapes for Cava: Parellada, Xarel-lo and Macabeu, also some Chardonnay. This gives the wine a Champagne style. Very good Spanish wine for this money.

Many standard Cavas can be recognized by the smell of cardboard (just pay attention to it). The Cava Excelsior Brut Nature Gran Reserva from Pujadas is excellent and truly insanely beautiful. Without dosage so nice and dry. Ripe apple and pear, lime blossom and brioche and some toast. Has been ripened for no less than 36 months. Rich wine with a beautiful golden yellow hue. And that for this price! Sparkling wine, Spanish wine.
