Fine dry white wine from winemaker François-Xavier Barc of Complices de Loire winery. Pure, clean white wine from Chenin blanc with a remarkably clean mouthfeel. This is due to partial aging in amphora.
Wine from the central part of the Loire (Vouvray) in France, from a silex-containing clay soil. White wine with beautiful layering. Nicely dry, fine and mineral. Finesse for a friendly price. This Chenin blanc scores an 8.5 with Hamersma.
