Demuerte means something like super cool, the bomb, to die for. This Spanish wine is fine! The trendy Winery On winery is a specialist in making wines based on Monastrell, blended with one or more other grapes. The calcareous soil gives the wines freshness and minerality. Try the white and red wines too!

Monastrell itself gives a lot of color and full flavors of blackberries and cherries. With well-dosed wood aging, sultry, seductive wines are created that still have freshness. Therefore, try the other red and white Demuerte (white from Verdejo).

DO Yecla

This red wine comes from the DO Yecla in Spain (near Valencia and Alicante) and is from Winery On, specialists in Monastrell. They work organic. The vineyards are at 300-600 m. Winery On harvest by hand.

Winemaker Pablo Cortés is very experienced and worked at a high level at various wineries. He also studied at the prestigious Royal Agricultural University, where he attended lectures with Prince Harry. In addition, his wife Karel Eissner is an international graphic designer and made the special and striking labels.
