Espumante Bruto Reserva from Caves São João . Beautiful sparkling wine at Reserva level. The wine has had 20 months of bottle aging on the yeast (sur lie). This gives the wine tones of brioche and toast. Rich mousse plus still beautiful citrus and tropical fruit from Chardonnay, Bical, Maria Gomes and Arinto . Just like Champagne, this wine is made with the 'méthode traditionelle' , so with second fermentation in the bottle.
