Gamaret, Domaine de Beudon, Valais , red wine from Switzerland. This red wine is beautifully slender with lots of tension, earthy, currant, fresh and digestible, fine tannins. Unique wine from a unique grape. This dry biodynamic red wine is made from Gamaret , a special cross between Gamay and Reichensteiner (itself also a cross). Domaine de Beudon is very special, the vineyards are glued to the steep mountains at an altitude of about 900 m!

Gamaret, beautiful unique grape
Red wine from Switzerland. Unique dry red wine from the Gamaret grape, from the Alps. Biodynamic wine from Domaine de Beudon. Wine from Jacques la Granges, who unfortunately died too early due to an accident in the vineyard. This winemaker has a great name in Switzerland and among connoisseurs; the house has been working organically since 1973 and 100% biodynamically since 1993, well ahead of the trends.
You will find Beudon wines at the very best restaurants. Also try the white Fendant and the red Pinot Noir.
