Winemaker Martin Reinfeld, the epitome of tranquility

Martin Reinfeld chooses to harvest the Veltliner grapes a bit later. This gives this wine more depth and fullness. Reinfeld: "It can be a long way from the flower bud to the glass. But, if the weather doesn't spoil it, it's also a very nice one.
On the one hand, this kind of weather dependency is a huge factor of uncertainty. But on the other hand, it also prevents you from forgetting the most important thing: wine must be and remain a natural product. You have to stay calm, take your time. And above all, it has to be fun - otherwise it doesn't work. In the end, you taste it!"

Reinfeld cultivates 17 ha of vineyards and produces 65% white wine and 35% red wine. Martin Reinfeld is also a member of Leithaberg DAC. DAC can be compared to AOC (now AOP) in France.
