Smells delicious of dried apricot, fennel, anise and almonds. This white wine also has a fine nutty oxidative tone. Tastes fresh-spicy, with yellow plum, cardamom, citrus and fennel. Special!

Llunatic, Dasca Vives

Exciting dry white wine from Conca de Barbera, in northwestern Spain near Barcelona. Made from local hero Vinyater and the well-known wine grape Macabeu (also Macabeo or Viura). Delicious aromas and flavors of fennel, yellow plum, apricot, almond, citrus. Slightly oxidative (nutty especially) and therefore really special and exciting. But above all very tasty! The wine is biodynamic and from the hand of winemakers and lovers Josep Dasca and Alba Vives. The winery is called... Dasca Vives.

Taste
Surprising and exciting wine! Smells wonderfully of dried fruit, fennel, anise, herbs, citrus and almond. Slightly oxidative. Full flavour: fresh, rich, fennel, yellow plum, nutty. Serve: 12 C. Drink: now until 2022.

Chicken, Asian cuisine, Mexican and Peruvian, salads, pastas, poultry and fish.

Interesting
Vinyater is a rare grape, possibly related to Xarel-lo. The grape has a lot of resveratrol, which works positively for health as an antioxidant. The vines are not far from the sea on chalky soil. This ensures finesse and elegance in the wine.
