Full and round, blackberries and black cherry, olive and rosemary. Soft tannins. Harmonious wine. Very tasty! Serve: 15 C. Drink: now - 2025.

Delicious with
Excellent with pasta alla norma (with eggplant and tomato sauce), beef fillet with Sichuan black pepper; superb with a pecorino cheese tasting of different aging.

Interesting
This wine has not had maloctic fermentation which makes it beautifully fresh. The wine has matured for 12 months in French oak barriques.
