Unique, dry version of PX - Pedro Ximenez - with a taste and aroma all its own. Nutty, fresh and slightly smoky with some vanilla. Both spicy and soft. Worth a try! This PX is fermented and matured on wood.

PX or Pedro-Ximenez is known as a grape from Malaga, Jerez and Montilla-Morilles, all the way in the south of Spain. The grapes are dried outside by the sun and then pressed. The juice does not ferment but wine alcohol is added. This is then a sweet, dark drink.

Mistella

Because it has not been fermented, it may not be called wine but is a so-called 'mistella'. Other examples include Ratafia, Macvin, Pineau de Charentes and Floc de Gascogne. But you can also let the juice ferment. As happened with this dry white wine.
