Riesling trocken, KH Schneider, Nahe . White wine from Germany. The young Andi Schneider makes pure kick ass wine from the noble Riesling grape. This is his 'entry level' Riesling, beautifully dry, refined with lots of spice. So beautiful acids, fine apple fruit and lots of tension with a nice bitterness. Andi Schneider makes terroir-typed German wines in the middle of the Nahe, in Sobernheim.

This Riesling is dry and tastes fresh and fruity. Striking is the tension by beautiful acids and bitters. Connoisseurs call that minerality. Long aftertaste.

Interesting
The wine region Nahe is not so well known but here come the most beautiful Riesling wines. The soil is very diverse and partly volcanic. That makes that you can find completely different wines here from the same noble Riesling grape.
