Description
Tissot, Trousseau Amphore, Jura . Red French wine. Stéphane Tissot produces a number of wines on a small scale in 400-litre amphorae (baked clay vessels). The best Trousseau grapes are macerated for a long time (maceration of 3 months, without pumping over). After fermentation, the wine matures in the air-permeable amphorae.
The result is a special red wine: pure red and black fruit, freshness, balance, complexity and that typical natural wine touch. So, Tissot is the model for the best natural wines in the world. This is how natural wine should be: the epitome of pure. This wine can also age very nicely.

Jura, worth discovering!
The Jura is a beautiful holiday area anyway. But unfortunately the Jura wines are not as well known in the Netherlands as the Jura cheeses (Morbier, Bleu de Gex, Comté, Crémeux du Jura). You do see Jura wines at many star restaurants.
Within the Jura there are several sub-appellations. These are: Côtes du Jura (which is the largest appellation) , Arbois, Château - Chalon and the small L'Etoile. In addition, there is Macvin du Jura and Crémant du Jura. We also have Macvin and Crémant from Tissot and they are really great!
