Winemaker Martin Reinfeld, the epitome of tranquility

Martin Reinfeld chooses to harvest the Veltliner grapes a little later. This gives this wine more depth and fullness. Reinfeld: "It can be a long journey from bud to glass. But, if the weather doesn't interfere, it's also a very enjoyable wine."
On the one hand, this kind of weather dependence creates enormous uncertainty. But on the other hand, it also prevents you from forgetting the most important thing: wine must be and remain a natural product. You have to stay calm, take your time. And above all, it has to be enjoyable – otherwise, it won't work. Ultimately, you'll taste it!

Reinfeld cultivates 17 hectares of vineyards and produces 65% white wine and 35% red wine. Martin Reinfeld is also a member of the Leithaberg DAC. DAC is comparable to AOC (now AOP) in France.
