Grauburgunder, Winkler-Hermaden, Vulkanland-Styria. Grandiose Grauburgunder (Pinot gris) from Winkler-Hermaden. So that's how it can be done (costs a bit but yes). Rich, excitement, vin naturel vibe, pear, melon, mineral, really special.
Now beautiful but can easily ripen even longer. Dry white wine, organic wine from Vulkanland-Styria in the far southeast of Austria. From the premier cru vineyard Ried Schlosskogel (1st STK it is called locally). Great wine. Dry white organic wine from Austria.

Grandiose Grauburgunder from Austria.

The Winkler-Hermaden winery is located on top of an old volcano near the village of Kapfenstein. The castle is also a hotel with a fine restaurant. The view is phenomenal! The volcanic soil provides its own style with a lot of minerality in the wines. Winkler-Hermaden also has its own oak forests from which they make the wine barrels. The pores of the oak wood are so fine that their barrels are even better than the best French wine barrels!
