Würzer Kabinett, dessert wine. Sweet wine from Germany from the cozy winery Storr. Very fine fresh sweet dessert wine from wine grape Würzer. Wine from the Rheinhessen wine region. Würzer is a cross between Gewürztraminer and Müller-Thurgau (Rivaner, itself a crossing). He has that delicious 'Spiel' of sweet and fresh sour. Quite low in alcohol and delicious with tarte tatin, vanilla ice cream, blue cheeses.

This wine from wine grape Würzer is a party! Sweet white wine but not too sweet, due to invigorating freshness. Deliciously full and rich. The wine is a Kabinett, affectionately known as 'Kabi', the first step in Qualitatswein mit Prädikat (QmP). This is followed by Spätlese (late harvest), Auslese, Beerenauslese (BA) and Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA). The last 2 are noble sweet. There is also Eiswein but should have no noble rot (botrytis).

This sweet wine comes from Rheinhessen, Germany. Bernhard Storr - and now also his 2 daughters - make various white and red wines from typical German grape varieties.
