A top-quality biodynamic wine. A Grüner Veltliner for the discerning palate. Rich and full-bodied, with plenty of minerality, the characteristic peppery notes wrapped in yellow fruit, fine acidity, and bitterness. A complex, rich wine with quince, meadow flowers, green tea, beeswax, and some smoky notes. Elegant and deep, with a long finish.  Great wine. Excitingly good.

Wine from Herbert Zillinger, who makes biodynamic wine in the Weinviertel region. From his oldest vines, aged for a year on the lees and another year in the bottle. A great wine, perfect for keeping. Herbert Zillinger makes wine in the Weinviertel region on the border with Slovakia. Master of Wine Jancis Robinson is a big fan of Zillinger.
