Biodynamic Riesling, low-intervention wine
This small 4-hectare estate is located in Kröv on the Mosel and opts for a pure, low-intervention approach with great attention to biodiversity. Due to its small scale, much of the work is done by hand and production is limited.

The steep vineyards are located around Kröv, including the Kröver Letterlay and Kröver Steffensberg crus. The vineyards are typical of the Mosel, with predominantly poor slate soils. The vines and wine grapes are carefully cultivated and harvested by hand.
