Description
Bacchus Kabinett, Storr, dessert wine. Beautiful sweet white wine from Germany. Ingenious dessert wine from the unknown Bacchus grape, named after the Roman god of wine. Beautiful sweet-sour interplay, really delicious! Bacchus is a cross between (Silvaner x Riesling) x Müller-Thurgau. Müller-Thurgau itself is also a cross by the way.
Delicious sweet white wine from Germany. If you are named after the wine god Bacchus himself, you must have something to offer! And this delicious white dessert wine has it: a beautiful interplay of sweet and sour, round and full, long finish. This sweet white wine comes from the wine region Rheinhessen .

Cabinet, what does that mean?
In Germany, you often see an addition on wine labels such as Kabinett (colloquially: Kabi), Spätlese and Auslese. These are official terms that say something about the sugar content of the must - the grape juice - before fermentation. The order in sugar content increases, from Kabinett, Spätlese, Auslese, Beerenauslese to Trockenbeerenauslese. Lese means harvest.
