"Zillinger's Toast Hawaii Weiss blends Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer from the best Ollersdorf vineyards, with both varieties lightly fermented on the mash and then vinified in concrete egg for one year on the lees. Bottled unfiltered, this straw-yellow colored white opens with an intense, dense, aromatic, spicy, yeasty and even chalky bouquet.
